This was truly a great event. Never have I seen so many of our youth having so much fun. All night long I was thinking to myself, "This is truly what our youth was made to do." Everyone was enjoying him/herself and I saw no violence, no drugs, no alcohol, yet our youth was having fun. I truly admire YSS for the efforts it did to through this off. While it look easy from the outside, I know it took a lot of stress and a lot more effort. But you truly did it! This just proves that our youth, when put in a positive environment, will only produce positivity (I made up this word, but I think it fits). I dream of one day that all of our youth, of all colors, can join together and truly create change. If the government (and all other organizations) did this for our youth, and created meaning community organizations, there would be no need for our youth to suffer genocide. I truly admire YSS. Keep up the struggle, it is truly a great one!

Thanks to everyone that came together to make our party fundraiser one of the most memorable moments in Chicago history. We did what no one thought was possible, we had people from all walks of life under one roof with minimal drama. Let's do it again!!!!
